Products

All pieces sold by Tirion Manley are handmade and may vary slightly from the product images due to the nature of craftsmanship.

Custom orders will have additional specifications agreed upon in writing before production.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) on Big Cartel. We do not directly store or handle your card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the UK and may offer international shipping on request while we work out delivery costs outside if the UK>
  • Ready-to-ship pieces will be shipped within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Made-to-order pieces may take up to 2 weeks to ship, this depends on the complexity of the piece.
  • Custom orders may take longer; estimated times will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns and Cancellations

a. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order details. Pieces must be returned in original condition, within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

b. Exclusions

We do not accept returns or cancellations for:

  • Custom-made or personalised items (unless faulty)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless they are faulty

c. Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are a collaboration and will require additional time. Full payment is required in advance. I may require a deposit before beginning the creation aspect of the project. Please review custom details carefully; once confirmed, they cannot be changed or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Tirion Manley and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services, improper use, storage, or handling of jewellery items, or any indirect or consequential losses.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse or attempt to harm the website. We reserve the right to remove access or cancel orders in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
